IP Portfolio
Validated technology assets available for commercial exploitation.
Areas of specialisation: Process automation · Optimisation algorithms · Scalable software architectures
Patent Licensing
Exploitation rights over invention patents resulting from internal research. Organisations integrate cutting-edge innovation without the costs or timelines of in-house development. Available for exclusive or non-exclusive licensing.
Utility Models
Transfer of rights over functional improvements and optimised technical solutions. Protected and ready for immediate implementation — ideal for companies seeking a competitive advantage using already validated technology.
Know-How Transfer
Each licence includes a complete technical dossier so your engineering team can implement the solution autonomously, with no operational dependency on Elier Tech.
How We Work
The process, phase by phase
From the first contact to the delivery of the technical dossier, the process unfolds across five phases. Total duration depends on asset complexity, the licence modality selected, and the availability of legal counsel on the licensee's side.
- 01
Initial contact
After receiving your enquiry through the contact form, we respond within 3 business days to evaluate the fit between your need and the assets available in the portfolio.
- 02
Fit evaluation
General commercial information exchange — sector, target market, intended use of the technology — sufficient to confirm a suitable asset exists in the catalogue and to validate mutual fit before revealing technical details.
- 03
NDA signature
Dispatch and signature of a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. Once signed, the applicant gains access to the detailed technical catalogue and can request preliminary dossiers for the assets of interest.
- 04
Technical catalogue evaluation
Your engineering team reviews the preliminary dossier and evaluates integration feasibility. This phase is led by the licensee; we provide the technical clarifications needed regarding the patent.
- 05
Formalisation and delivery
Commercial negotiation — exclusive or non-exclusive modality, territory, term, payment model — and signature of the licence agreement under Wyoming jurisdiction. Following formalisation and payment, the full technical dossier (Know-How) is delivered for autonomous implementation.

Frequently Asked Questions
No. Operations are conducted exclusively as an independent R&D laboratory. Solutions are researched, developed, and patented internally, then made available to third parties through use or exploitation licences. No consulting or external programming services are offered.
Each licence grants the legal right to use, manufacture, or commercialise the protected technology. A complete technical dossier (Know-How) is also provided, containing the documentation needed for your engineering team to integrate the solution without any dependency on Elier Tech.
The model is designed for licensee autonomy. The technical dossier is comprehensive enough to enable independent implementation. If additional technical assistance is required during integration, this is evaluated as a one-off technology transfer phase — not as an ongoing maintenance service.
For reasons of security and intellectual property protection, access to the detailed catalogue and technical dossiers is provided following an initial contact and, in certain cases, upon signing a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
This depends on the asset and the commercial agreement. Both exclusive licences (where your company is the sole entity authorised to exploit the technology) and non-exclusive licences are available, adapting to each partner's market strategy.
As an LLC incorporated in Sheridan, Wyoming (USA), all technology transfer and licensing agreements are governed by United States commercial law. This provides international partners with a stable, predictable, and legally secure framework for protecting their intellectual property investments.
Licensing operates through upfront payment schemes or royalty arrangements, depending on the asset type. Operating from a jurisdiction with high operational efficiency enables international transactions and the formalisation of secure digital contracts, allowing companies worldwide to acquire exploitation rights in an agile and legally binding manner.
